The Kings return from a decade long absence at the Superstock Teams Nationals. Their five previous appearances having come in consecutive years from 2006-2011 (event did not run in 2010). The team record of 6 wins from 16 races at 37.5% may not be world beating but the Kings did manage a pair of thirds in 2006 and 2008. Mad Marty is the only undefeated driver in Kings history, 2 race starts for 2 wins including the infamous 3 drivers vs 4 drivers race in 2006. For Asher Rees this will be the fifth different team he has represented at the Teams Nationals, the previous four being the Mustangs, Scrappers, Giants and Hawkeyes. Asher is yet to win a teams nationals title.
